Shipping policy

At Alexander-Hampton, every order is prepared with care and shipped promptly so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.


Shipping Times – United States

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
Delivery Time: 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after dispatch
Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery: 4–8 business days


Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed at or after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Tracked Delivery is free on all orders.
  • Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders placed with an address outside the U.S. will not be processed.


Carriers We Use

We ship with reliable partners including USPS (Priority Mail), UPS (Ground), and FedEx (Ground/Home Delivery).
The carrier and service will be selected based on your location and service availability.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.


Delays & Service Disruptions

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier service issues
  • Severe weather
  • High seasonal order volumes
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If we are aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but cannot be located, please first check with your household members, neighbors, or local carrier office.
If the package still cannot be found, contact the carrier directly and also notify us at support@alexander-hampton.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue wherever possible.
