How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery takes 3 to 6 business days after your order ships. The total estimated time from order to delivery is 4 to 8 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard tracked delivery is free on all orders. Every order includes a tracking code so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed with an address outside the United States will not be processed.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location and service availability.

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order via the Track Order page.

What if there is a delay?

Delays can occur due to carrier service issues, severe weather, seasonal volumes, or other circumstances outside our control. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

I entered the wrong address. What happens now?

Please contact us right away. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will arrange re-shipment once we hear from you. Additional shipping charges may apply.

My tracking says delivered but I did not receive it

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. If your order is missing, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at support@alexander-hampton.com. We will assist where possible.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 60 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Email support@alexander-hampton.com with your order number and the reason for return. If your return is approved, we will send instructions, the return address, and shipping requirements.

Do you provide a return label?

Customers arrange and pay for their return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked service. There are no restocking fees.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

We do not process direct exchanges. Please request a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you would like.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect

Contact us right away with your order number and photos if possible. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution such as a replacement, refund, or exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before they are sent to our warehouse for processing. If the order has been packed or shipped, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or card provider may take up to 7 additional business days to post the funds. If it has been more than 10 business days since approval and you have not received the refund, please contact us.
