Refund policy

At Alexander-Hampton, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, our returns process is simple and straightforward.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date.

To qualify, items must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these requirements or are received after the return window may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email support@alexander-hampton.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

1) Instructions on how to prepare your item for return

2) Details on the return address and shipping requirements

Important: You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping label. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your package reaches us safely.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover the cost of return shipping.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • No restocking fees apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or exchange.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product:

1) Request a return for the original item.

2) Place a new order for the desired product.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been sent to our warehouse for processing. Once packed or shipped, you will need to wait until delivery and then initiate a return.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or card provider may take up to 7 additional business days to process the funds.
  • If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
